As a follow up up from another forum post regarding my Dual CREE XM-L2 Head lamps I decided to do a live demo to show there performance.

Pretty impressive even if I say so my self.
In the demo both lamps are on but under normal conditions I tend too right with just one on low and pointing further down.
Enjoy

Duel or Dual?
PS remind me where you ride so I can be sure not to be anywhere near the front of you.

Good narrow beam of light. Not much spread though.

I reckon the first post deserves an honourable mention in the spelling thread.

What appears in video/photos typically bears little resemblance to how it appears in person.warthog1 wrote:Good narrow beam of light. Not much spread though.

The spread is ok if I lift the lights back but then I kill on coming traffic so I have to compromise.warthog1 wrote:Good narrow beam of light. Not much spread though.

This is the problem with cheaper lights, round beam that shines too much up. Fine in the bush, not so much with oncoming traffic.Krellon wrote:The spread is ok if I lift the lights back but then I kill on coming traffic so I have to compromise.warthog1 wrote:Good narrow beam of light. It can be controlled a bit through positioning.
TBH, I prefer these as opposed to the alternatives which cost 10 times more.

I sorted the spread problem for my cheapo cree headlight with one of these. $5.
