Fleche Opperman - Wagga Wagga

Postby bigfriendlyvegan » Tue Jan 12, 2016 7:07 pm

So it looks like the Oppy will finish in Wagga Wagga for NSW this year. If I can get my crew enthused, I'll be doing it.

We need 3, 4 or 5 bicycles, regardless of the number of riders! I don't know what that means exactly. 3 riders need to finish, so 4 or 5 riders would be perfect. You, me, Claire, Paul, Bruce - if we can get them. Moodeex?

Provided there are no hills, I'll be fine :)

I'll be keen as long as there is no Family routine that day. This is now the 3rd year we are planning this. The GANG maybe interested as we are all trying to get to 10k this year :D

The calander seems to indicate there are both Wagga and Newcastle finish options? Wagga finish might have flatter courses

I'm interested in doing the Oppy this year.

Has anyone designed a course yet? Were are you guys thinking of starting?

We are from Sydney mate. Let us see if we can get enough numbers.

Yeah I figured there would be a few from Sydney. Starting from Sydney though would mean doing a lot more than 360 km. I guess some may be up for that though since 360 km is merely the minimum!

Only just seen this. I'm in Bright the week leading up to this so I would be a non starter.

There's also a finish in Newcastle. Anyone thinking about this option?
