What's the story here? Is it Club racing or what and how do you know it's on? :?

Hamilton Pine Rivers Wheelers (HPRW) club run racing at Lakeside. Most of the time members from any club can race. They also run a big Open event there (the ANZAC 25) on ANZAC Day.

Well-run racing on a great course. I've raced there a few times, and always loved it (my legs, not so much... ;)

Just check HW's calendar. For Lakeside only, you will need to purchase a license to ride the course, it will be $10 for the lic + $10 to race on that day.
