Garmin 910XT Charging -1%...

Hi guys,

I have a GARMIN 910XT which went flat. I put it on charge but it just shows -1% and doesn't budge. Has anyone experienced this before or know why it might be doing this ?

Any suggestions on what I can try to get it charging properly ?
