I am looking to move from HR based training into power - still deciding between power meter or smart trainer but that's not this threads purpose.
I am looking for a couple of books or author recommendations for power based training knowledge.
I am thinking from my looking around that:
- The Power Meter Handbook: A User's Guide for Cyclists and Triathletes (Joe Friel)
- Training and Racing with a Power Meter
3rd Edition
Any thoughts on other information sources from others welcome...
