Two specifically designed handlebars which are remarkably similar and feature a very notable bend - for ergonomic comfort.
The Australian Eyropro was on the market in 2017 and the Wave started selling this year. But the Eyropro received the American patent a few months later and the Wave got it a little before.
Coefficient say they were not aware and it has been very public online dispute between the two. It is hard to find a clear line in it all but it is an interesting read and a continuing saga.

There was a hint of this dispute in a Cycling Tips article (linked in the story).
