Help!!

I wouldn't normally ask for help here but I'm desperate.
Was speaking to a friend about e bikes and I promised to send him the link to the discussion on here about the sales tax on imported e bikes and that there is only 1 manufacturer in Australia.
I have searched for the last hour and can't find the discussion. Help! Or did I dream it?
