Patrocleats Cleat Adaptors to create forefoot pedalling in your current shoes

I hadn't seen these before; thanks for the link. I may buy some for my crank bros cleats.
I have the speedplay cleat extenders for my road riding, and rate them highly. Definitely more comfortable for me having the pedal further back on my foot.
