Fire destroys ebike factory and repair shop in Croyden

I imagine some on here will know the place. Looks like a big blaze which did a lot of damage, but apparently responders got it under control quite quickly.

So was it caused by e-bike batteries or by something else?

A witness says the fire was brought under control 30mins after the responders arrived, so it seems unlikely to have been a lithium fire?
