Hi guys, 1st time poster so please be kind haha. I have tinkered with a few bikes over my time but I am having some difficulty with this one. Has anybody come across a rear derailleur hanger that has an inner nut as well as the usual outer hex key bolt?
It has two little slots like something has to be inserted to hold it whilst removing the other side. I have tried using circlip pliers but that doesn’t work. Is there a special tool for this? It kinda looks like a nutsert or rivnut and should it be spinning in the frame when I try undo the hex key bolt?
