Got one a few weeks back. Very happy. Great wheels, 60mm deep Reynolds tubeless compatible, so they are now tubeless. Ultegra di2 12s. First time I've ridden electronic gears and 12s. That front shifting is sublime, never ridden anything like it. Stiff when you stand up and give it some but still comfy. There is a cut out in the seat post you can run a light in or just blank off. Designed to add some vertical compliance apparently. Anyway it is smooth enough for me, though I have put a 28mm Schwalbe on the back. 25mm Conti on the front. I have swapped out the std 42cm bars for some flared 38cm carbons. 41 in the drops.





The std stem is the right length but only -6° and 120mm long. I have it as low as it will go. The position is very close to the TCR that I have done 30k+ km on and it was copied off the S5 that also has over 30k km.

It aint light. About 8.5 kg I reckon with mounts and pedals on. Haven't actually weighed it though and it is a L.
Meh aero is more important than weight imo.
Kocevlo SL CF bars. Cheap but I have them on the Revolt and they've been ok.

Edit; yep weighed it. 8.5 kg pedals and mounts still on. Saddlebag off and bottles out.

Very nice. I'm glad you're enjoying it otherwise I would be embarrassed given I have a Reacto and recommend it. My 45mm wheels weigh over 200 grams less, unsurprisingly. I think mine weighs around 8.3kg with pedals and cages but the standard bars which are quite heavy.

I just used the bathroom scales. Yes the wheels are fast but they aint light, I put 50-60 ml of sealant in each too. The Fouriers Garmin mount is not light ether. You could drop a bit of weight with ligher wheels and light tubes. Happy with how it rides as is.

8.5kg is respectable for a dedicated aero bike. Those wheels aren't light but I bet they are quick.

Cutting weight in order of cost tpu tubes, saddle, cassette, stem / integrated bar stem, wheels.

Yeah not concerned by the weight. It is possibly ~500gm heavier than the TCR it replaces but has disc brakes, faster wheels and is a L vs a M/L.Not an issue for me. I was considering integrted bars/stem but not bothered now really.

I'm having a look at the aero options now. Given what it'll be used for I agree weight really isn't an issue - provided it's under 9kg or so.

I'm even tempted to go 105 DI2 to save some money. Sort of want a Madone because of how outrageous they look.

I don't think it is any faster tham my 2012 Cervelo S5 with zipp 404s in. Better brakes and more comfy with wider tyres. Stupidly tight tyre clearance on the S5. Can't get some 25s in there.
I am getting slower so just momentarily arresting the decline.

Well I have been riding the Light Bicycle WR50s (hookless ) almost exclusively on this bike.
Shod with 30mm Schwalbe Pro Ones tubeless. They measure just under 33 fitted to the 25mm int WRs. 55psi F and 60 R. Very happy with the tyres. I have not ridden the poor old TCR since I got the Reacto. Wide tyres, Disc and Di2 for the win.
Anyway the tyre clearance on this bike is great. When the rear tyre wears out I have some 32mm Michelin tlrs that I will run on the rear. Will fit no probs.

If you upgrade to total SRAM you will not be aware a shift has taken place — front or rear! It is over and done too quickly.
Some conversation on Saturday's ride (prior to me being stranded with not one, but two punctures in the new Goodyear Eagle Supersport F1-R tyres, now replaced with Pirelli P-Zero Race TLR) puts SRAM 'hands-down far and above DuraAce...'.
The conversation dwelt on 'delayed / decayed' shifts, both up and down' that seem to plague DuraAce; it is not the chain, nor the lubricant, just something in the system that does not perform optimally. I suspect too, it might also be the aggressive riders who shift under high load which will do none of the transmissions we know of any favours.

Di2 shifts faster than Sram apparently. I suspect it is people not pressing the shift button hard enough.
Mine has never missed if I press hard enough.
Never ridden Sram. Whatever, they are both good by all accounts.
Take your Sram discussion to another thread though please. It is a Reacto review thread.
