Cycling danger spots in Adelaide?

I'm about to write a letter to Tom Koutsantonis about the inadequate cycling lanes and facilities in Adelaide. One of my special dislikes is spots where a bicycle lane ends and simultaneously three car lanes go down to two, so any suicidal fool of a cyclist is in with the cars who are jostling for space.

If anyone has any particular danger spots for Adelaide cyclists that they want me to mention in my letter, please reply here.
