Nice route along Lower Dandenong Creek Trial https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dandenong_Creek_Trail so bike path majority of the way.
Goal this year to commute at least 4 days a week and remove car, started on my E Bike but will move to hybrid when back up to speed and legs and backside back into it
Heres the commuter

After 3 weeks I'm noticing it getting a little easier not using the sport mode and more eco mode on the bike so body slowly adapting, wallet feels better I don't think I've taken car out for a couple weeks.
My route is great 2 roads to cross and then 9 km of flat bike path alternating between path and Gravel
One think though noting my hands get pins and needles sometimes and being susceptible to RA flare ups I don't want to aggravate it through over usage injuries and Im particularly vulnerable in my wrists and Elbows so trying to nurse them along
I've ordered some ergon ergonomic grips https://www.ergonbike.com/en/product-de ... g&a=griffe so hope they will help as a start. Does anybody have any experience with these with respect this problem particular and what did you do about it.
Also considering a supension post such as the following
https://www.amazon.com.au/Gaderth-Suspe ... rce=1&th=1
Any experience else anyone recommend any. Lastly would changing to carbon bars from Aluminum help with vibrations
