One item was not available but was sent a week later.
Overall I was very happy with the prices and delivery time from Ribble.

Quite annoyed but also embarrassed because a previous person had asked this question about the product and the answer was right there on the page.
So I have a very nice pair of 20" tyres that I don't really have a use for. Gonna have a think about what to do with them but they might end up on the marketplace forum soon.

Excellent service and the money will go straight back to them on some winter bids or another pair of dhb Knowle Bib Cycling Shorts which are much better quality.

They took my order and money on the 21st of Feb, for a pair of handlebars. Didn't hear anything for a week, and nothing showed up, so I contacted them, they said it would arrive soon. Contacted them again a few days later, they said they'd have to order it (even thought the website states if it's not in stock, they'll contact you).
I'm still waiting and I wont buy from them again.

Bike24.net offers tracking on its orders. Tracking is via a German website. The latest update is:

this is not a bad outcome, as i've ordered a replacement rim and will use the undamaged hub and spokes. i have built wheel before (although not for some time), so i don't mind. however, c r c are an unpredictable mob.

Their prices are generally cheaper than the others. Althought , I ordered a set of DuraAce wheels last Friday because they sent me an email saying it was back in stock, checked the website yesterday and it was still PRocessing the order even though the c/c has been debited. Get an email this morning saying they didnt have the item in stock. I basically ordered and paid it within 10 minutes of that email- umm I smell a rat
Lets hope they give me a full refund asap without any fuss.

Paid the extra $6 for priority postage (because I forgot to select the standard postage) but I've paid more than that to get stuff off ebay sent from Adelaide or Sydney. Can't fault them.
I have noticed that the prices are quite as good as say c r c, but considering you only need to spend $90 to get the free shipping it just depends on how long you can wait to build up a large enough order.

I was tossing between Kysrium elites, Fulcrum 3 or even 1s but when the email came through that night with dura ace for $720ish it was a no brainer. Wiggle has them for an extra $100 so I could go that way. their stock control is a complete joke. it would have been a mistake, but i've found they will refund you without fuss. they mean well, but you just need to be very clear about pointing out where they've screwed upblack4tress wrote:Get an email this morning saying they didnt have the item in stock. I'd ordered a set of Ultegra 6600 SL wheels and 6600 SL groupset. Total cost coming in around $900 delivered (ie. no duty or tax on import).
c r c were out of the wheelset, so i upgraded to the RS80's, now the cost is $1100. Unfortunately i forgot about the duty/tax bit, and they sent them both together on the one invoice.
Could be an expensive little stuff up. Fingers crossed it gets through.

I’m still waiting for a set of tyres from wiggle. It was a 2-7 day wait, out of stock item. By the time it comes based on an ever extending eta it will be over 2 months. I would have cancelled it ages ago if it didn’t have the discount for the order attached to it.

fingers crossed it just slips through though.
Carradice seatpost mount saddle bag arrived today from Wiggle, very fast and efficient. Funny thing is i ordered some R132 shoes at the same time, they said the shoes were posted first, but they haven't arrived yet!
