Ordered from wiggle on the 24/2, still have not seen my delivery. I have ordered from them numerous times before and never had to wait this long.

I emailed them a few days ago and was told to wait 20 business days for delivery...

I bought a Shimano wheelset from Adrenaline Cycles in Victoria off their listing on bikeexchange.com.au

Wheelset arrived a few days later than expected, no big deal. They never issued a receipt for the wheelset. I specifically ordered within Australia for the wheels to get an Australian warrantly. I have emailed 3 times since receiving the wheelset and asked for a receipt for my wheelset. They have never provided one. They have also become abusive and asked that I not contact them again.

I am concerned the wheelset has been parallel imported and I will not have the Australian warranty - do you guys think I should contact Shimano Australia? I do not want to be malicous, but fair is fair, not issuing receipts can also be to "hide" other things (not saying they are hiding anything). I am not pleased as the wheelset was a signifcant expense for me.

Sounds like a tax dodge. Ring Consumer Affairs/Ombudsman. Asking for a receipt should not give you this abuse. If they are a legitimate business they'd have the statutory obligation to give you a receipt.

Ok, I placed an order from Ribble to take advantage of their sale on the 16th of March. It arrived at our door this morning. That's pretty darn impressive! It was well packed too. :)

It took me almost that long to sort out some faulty wheels, and a similar time when a faulty carbon bottle cage was returned. It took even longer to sort out a DOA DX MJ-808. Not going to deter me from online purchases - you can't expect express service on returns etc.,. when you're saving 50% or more on local prices. I'm pretty sure I'm well in front.

Same....still waiting on a delivery from a couple of weeks ago. Never had a problem, just seems that sometimes you get slow delivery.

I ordered some batteries from the USA a few weeks ago. The shipment was sent in three boxes all from the same person on the same day. Box 1 arrived first, then box 2 a few days later. I am still waiting for box #3 after another 4 days. Makes me wonder where they go!

UPDATE: I knew that as soon I posted this, my Wiggle package would show up! Just arrived this morning.

Wiggle, I ordered some fizik bar tape very early March and haven't received it yet. Not sure if I'll buy from them again as I would rather pay extra and have it within a week. This is the third order in the last six months where the "7 business days" delivery has blown out twice as long.

I received a wiggle order yesterday, standard 2 week delivery for me, i only worry if it gets to a month, which it hasn't yet. Paying extra for postage with Wiggle never expedites my orders, well it didn't for my Garmin 500 anyway.Tim

Wiggle. Ordered Fizik Aliante saddle on 12 March, order processed on 13 March, ordered arrived 21 March. Good deal. Saved over $100 on AUS prices. Saddle is superb.

I have to say that is the best part about ordering clothes online - receiving them and having them actually fit. Even with sizing charts, it can be a bit of a hit and miss experience.

Glad your christmas came 9 months early ;)

Absolutely...gave the kit a spin this morning and it's was (almost) worth a 3 month wait!

Should be good to go for the Ippy 100 next week :D

PBK stem order never arrived. At least they were prompt with the apology and processing the refund. Now it just has to get into my bank account!

Hi

My orders placed on March 18, 2011 are trickling in:

The Bike Monger - 4 Days
Wiggle - 5 Days
Ribble Cycles - 10 days - Took six days to dispatch the order
Warcom (Australia) - 10 days - Took six days to dispatch the order.

Evans Cycles - No communication but one item arrived today, so 10 days for that item. No idea where or what is happening with the rest of the order.

Regards
Andrew

I don't remember, do PBK usually send you an email when they've shipped your order?
