I've only bought once from this link is broken but it was a good experience. The shoes i ordered were 'instock' online but i received a call from them saying they had no more stock and it was a run out model. I was offered the replacement model at the same price(so I save a few $) plus did not have to pay shipping (as i had previously ordered the shoes with other items to get free shipping which had already been shipped to me).

Amazing speed last week. Ordered Monday night, received order Thursday morning of the same week. :D

They used DHL that time. It was cheaper than Royal Mail for those items too. To compare speed, I ordered from Wiggle the same day and I'm still waiting a week later.

Ribble order arrived, posted 8th April, arrived here at work today.
Just over a week. Not their fastest, but still good.

Has anyone here ordered from Granfondo cycles in Queensland?
I placed an order with them last week, and they seem slow responding to emails....

Cheers.

Just a quick comments about http://www.bicyclestore.com.au

My partner wanted to give me a few bits and pieces for a birthday. She raved about the service and the fact they had to order some stuff in but then express posted it to ensure it arrived on time. (Nothing extravagant just a Netti Jacket +)

All arrived on time and they were very price competitive and friendly.

Yeah, i've bought clothes from them, amazed that they actually called me to sort some things out ( did not have some products that were ordered ). Great website/range.

1st order with starbike arrived today, incorrect brake pads sent. They sent me the swisstop green brake pads, not the blue I need for CSS rims.

I have bought two lots of stuff from wheelbuilder.com and both times they have sent me an email within a couple of hours saying that Fed-Ex has collected. They are also very prompt at responding to emails relating to product enquiries. Two thumbs up from me.

I have ordered heaps of stuff lately from Pro Bike Kit on separate orders and on every occasion they have been great. Then send you an e-mail of then the items have been dispatched and then a few days later they arrive at your door. All items have been as described and never had any issues. It usually takes about a week to receive the goods. I would highly recommend them.

c r c on the other hand seem to be a little slower and don't communicate to you where your order is at unless you have spent a lot of money on a frame or wheels or something like that. I placed an order on the 20th April and the order has not even been dispatched yet and today is the 28th April. Don't think i'll be getting that order anytime soon unfortunately.

Nearly a month for the freaking saddle to show up... Will probably email them at this stage. Its becoming a real PITA.

Good Experience Velo Mine http://www.velomine.com/

2011 Campagnolo Record 11sp. groupset, very well priced (and the great exchange rate helped too)

Ben Cole (proprietor) answered multiple email enquiries rapidly and concisely with an interested tone

My order was delivered rapidly - Springfield Illonois USA to Country Victoria in 7 days incl. a weekend.

The order was tightly packed, arrived in perfect cond. with fully documented invoice, all detail correct and accounted for.

Excellent service. :D

Don't think I will be buying from starbike again after I got this response from them sending my incorrect brake pads. "Our apologies, we mixed something up there. Do yo possible need something else from us in the near future? Then we'd include it shipping free."

They have failed to notice the fact that the Green pads are cheaper than the blue so they owe me some $$$ I'm going to be pointing that out in my next communication.

Recieved my winter long sleeve 'italian brand' jersey from Velogear.com.au for $65 with the discount code bunny - was pleasantly suprised to find out that it was Gist. I love my Gist bib shorts so comfty. Very fast delivery. Pity their range isn't that extenstive. Very pleased - but they didn't send email confirmation of my order which was a bit weird - no hard copy either ... But i;m not whinging

My saddle arrived from Primera - about a month all up - prob won't use them again - too slow - c r c and wiggle seem to be fast for me.

Ok so I ordered some stuff from wiggle . It arrived in 4 days! The quickest so far considering I am in Tasmania, so have another short leg[in this case overnight]

They sent the wrong BB tool, I was after the Lifeline GXP and they sent the Shimano cartridge tool. I sent an email and in less than 2mins I had a reply! They are sending the right one to me for no charge.

Its only a few dollars but its great goodwill 8)

Good work wiggle :D

Deal Extreme: ordered on 2/4/11, shipped on 4/4/11, arrived on 10/4/11. Not too shabby. Apparently they can be hit and miss, but I got a hit.

Cellbikes.

Ordered 18/4.

Advised 28/4 stock should arrive the next day.

Today, advised no stock in my size/colour avail. so I cancelled the order.

In the past I've been a great fan of Cell, but this last experience was not the best.

bicyclestore.com.au

Ordered online and on more than one occasion they don't have the item.

Good site but backend does not provide availability so best to call them on order I think.
