Ordered some rollers and some clothing from c r c on 27/9.. Order was dispatched on 28/9 and delivered 5/10.....

Over the moon on how quick that was!

They do seem quite cheap compared to 'brand name' tubes. Any idea if they'll do the job? Don't need anything special.

Had an order from c r c ship on Thursday 6 Oct and arrived today, Thursday 13 Oct. Pretty happy.

Can't fault Cell bikes. My recent order was out to me in a day and a half. I got the goods before the email arrived saying they were despatched.

Just got a PBK order that was ordered last Friday. Pretty happy with one week delivery. Its usually 2 weeks.

Packages tend to arrive in 5 days from the UK and you can track it online too.

Posted an order on Ribble on a Monday night and received an email that Thursday that the order had been dispatched. Goods arrived intact the following Friday. So fairly happy with that.

Created an order off Cell Bikes, the same MOnday night and the goods were here on Thursday morning. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong sized gloves, my mistake. So on the Thursday morning I ordered the correct size and started to use the very tight fitting gloves as I needed them, thinking that it will be next week until I receive the new lot. Received them the very next day - Friday aftrernoon - Very happy with that !!!!!!
Last year I swore that I would never wear lycra...... must remember never to swear again....

Well it does for me. even for small items.
Wiggle has always been min 7 days for my items, but since using priority dispatch, it leaves within the day and takes less than
3 more to get here.
I can order stuff priority dispatch Wed night (Perth time) and get it Monday or Tuesday.
I ordered new bars, stem and tape last week using PD and got it a few days later.

All my orders over $400 have been sent by courier with tracking, arriving in around 5 days but anything around the $200 mark has gone snail mail.

My last order was $100.10 :)

In the past, I never got a tracking # if my order was less than $100, and it always took a min of 1 week to arrive.
Now, I use PD all the time, and even for that small order, it's all good.

Ordered $60 worth of gear from DealExtreme including a new high powered headlight kit over 6 weeks ago. Got an email last week saying it had been shipped but still no sight of it.

I know DX shipping can be slow some times, but this is ridiculous. It better arrive with a customs slip in it explaining it was help up for inspection.

I ordered some urgent stuff the same date (or the 28th) and theyre still not here. I did priority too. It said it was sent on the 4th oct as the chainset was on backorder and it still hasn't arrived. (I need it for Fitz's! ) I have received 2 packages since then, one was ordered last Thursday!

I sent them an email today asking if there was any way they could track it. I know with Aus post as they need a signature you can find out whether they have been scanned into the country or not) .

Purchased a Colnago frame set for AU $3,120. My few email queries answered within 48 hours, my items were despatched within 5 days of purchase and arrived at my LPO 11 days from when my CC was charged. The frameset was spot on, arrived very well packed but came with wrong thread size BB cups which were tossed in for free so no financial loss there, only a slightly annoying time loss........

About 3 weeks later I purchased a Campagnolo wheelset for AU $790. The wheels arived today, in perfect condition, well packed and with the correct spec (i.e. proper skewers, correct 11sp compat. freehub body and tubeless valves.

Total Cycling use Parcelforce UK for all their overseas shipping which means fully trackable parcels. On both occasions the tracking information appeared chronologically and accurately, not in one big download at delivery time which I've experienced with a few other tracking systems. The frame set cost just under AU $50.00 to ship to my LPO - the wheel set freight charge was similarly reasonable.

A+ Recommended highly for quality brands, competitive pricing and fast, safe shipping.

Bought a pair of cell bike bib shorts and after only 4 rides averaging 40km's they have started to go all fuzzy on the inner thigh . I guess thats what you get for $25 . They were quite comfortable though . My $25 exustar shorts are fairing much much better and look as though they are winners , but Torpedo7 seem to no longer stock them .

And there's no phone support for technical issues - Has to be via online form.

Same issue with return costs - It's all on the suffering customer. I'm not even sure that adheres to Consumer Affairs requirements...

I won't be shopping there again.
