And Pidcock claims the 2024 TJVG special award for most overrated media darling. 11.40 down last night. He's starting to look like Caleb Ewan.
Oh but remember, only he's deciding what this TdF is for him .....

Jayco Alula also left looking like being Stage Hunters now. Yates down over 4 minutes. Long way to go though

Lanterne Rouge picks Jonas to win! .. Hmmm. Go matey, good luck.

Wonder if the infighting between Ayuso and Almeida comes to anything, or has any bearing.

Was watching it last night and they mentioned that Vingegaard was running a 1x set up. For a stage where you went up and down that seems insane. Pog was amazing on the descent but maybe Vingegaard ran out of gears to keep up?

So he did it.

Well done and it wasn’t that close in the end.

Hopefully he’ll retire soon and just enjoy it !

Chapeau !!

This single front chainring crap with 12/13sp rears is one of the stupidest things to come out in the last few years.

Pog left him behind on the 2nd kick but he was also pulling away from Vinegaard on the 3rd stage when driving out of corners/bends in the road.

Nah, I've only just seen the finish so congrats to him. :P He had a couple of attempts at putting someone into the barrier though.

Aye? The Movistar dude elbowed Gaviria into him and he pushed back! Fair play. Not his fault Gaviria was a human ping pong ball

That was Peterson. Excellent bunny hop by the cofidis rider to get over him!

Congrats to Cav. The overhead cam footage is terrifying. Sprinters are all mad! Watching them leaning on each other at >60kmh and moving around like that, it's amazing there aren't even more crashes.

Leaning isn't the problem but trying to put someone into the barriers is. We used too ride around the banks of the Velodrome leaning on each other on a regular basis and that's how you become good at handling these situations. Even now, it doesn't faze me, so long as there's no intent to put into the fence of knock me off. I had a race on the Annadome where I had the sprinters lane and was riding near the top line and this young bloke had his thigh started rubbing against my arm, well he had the panic attack and pulled out of that situation very quickly and I was just.......seriously, that unnerved you?

Agree. Yeah, what a ride from Cavendish. Amazing stuff.

Hope Peds is ok. Big stack for the jersey contender.

I find these single chainrings shere stupity on mountain stages but can sort of live with them for flat TT's.

Great work !

I like watching the TT, and the cuts on SBS work. But my ears! Having whiney Keenan means no bueno. And who’s the bloke who sounds like his talking through one nostril while the other one is drinking a slushee?
