That is genuinely exciting to read about.
I'm a fan of internal geared hubs so would prefer a front hub motor and rear IGH, but for a package that sweet I'd bat for the other team as they say.
Perhaps a minivelo drop bar folder with the belt drive and IGH rear just to stir the pot in some TdF yellow flashes.
