Hi people.
Need help identify a MTB frame please. I need to make sure its worth rebuilding before i remove the paint. Any help with a make/model is greatly appreciated

Looks reasonable. Assuming the forks are original. Looks a bit ‘downhill’ or enduro with that coil shock.

any tips on the quickest way to remove blue spray paint? Thinners are too expensive for me and would take ages to rub it all down.

I’m no expert but I think you’ve got the two best options listed there. Chemical or abrasion. Depending on the paint a heat gun and scraper might work, but will likely end up making the missed bits harder with gobs of melted paint.
