I was asked just recently if I had any experience with fixing flats with a car-type aerosol pack ( like provided with a Porsche).
I must admit that I sort of dismissed the idea but thinking about it, especially in relation to e bikes it would be a good idea. Many of the e bikes Ive seen would be a nightmare to change a flat in a remote area, and they would be a pain to push home.
Maybe someone knows?

Wasn't much chop.

Tubeless with latex sealant makes more sense if you have some aptitude for maintenance.
There are also thick tubes available that have some sealant on board.

The problem with any kind of sealant in tubed tyres is that the inner surface of the tube is coated with a waxy powder to stop it sticking together, which could cause the tube to tear as it's inflated; this waxy stuff also prevents any kind of sealant sticking to the tube to close any holes that may develop, so yu get poor results.

Just go proper tubeless

A mate once tried to fix a flat on a tubed tyre with one of the pressure pack sealants. He only ever tried it once. It did not work, but it did make a mess when he pulled the tube out. The sealant got through the hole but without the open air to make it dry out it messed up between the tube and the tyre.
