Hello, Ive just received a Fly 12 Sport. My old Fly 12 bought second hand on here has served me for 7,+ years.
Ive noticed the attachment arrangement is not compatible with either the Garmin or Quadlock.
What do people do? Using the provided attachment means purchasing more of the same for other bikes and binning my old attachments,.
Remove the Fly 12 attachment and fit a Quadlock?
Cheers
Cb

I just bought a Garmin adapter on eBay for $12 and it fits the camera to the bottom of my out front Garmin mount. You should have received the Gopro adapter in the Fly12 box.

I also use the go pro fitting to attach my Fly12 under my out front computer mount

Sorry guys.
I’m only interested in the Quaclock or Garmin fitting. This Fly 12 does not fit my Garmin stuff.

Unfortunately the Fly 12 does not use a "standard" quarter turn mount.celeste boy wrote: ↑Thu Mar 14, 2024 3:39 pmSorry guys.

So you will need a garmin quarter turn to GoPro mount, then use the Cycliq GoPro to fly12 mount.
Unless you can find an aftermarket 3d printed Garmin to Fly12 mount.

If I understand correctly, you have a quadlock and garmin mounts and want to fit the Fly12.
The quadlock is completely different and I have not spotted any bike mounts that allow for more attachments.
For a Garmin mount - the solution is the 'out front' type mount - either from Cycliq such as the very pricey 'duo mount'.
Otherwise you have a mount like a K-Edge that has a computer mount and the holds to add the cycliq universal adapter. If you have multiple bikes then getting the cheaper universal mount could be the cost-effective solution.

Thanks for the replies.
My answer was to remove the Quadlock from my defunct Fly 12 and attach it to the base of the new Fly 12. The new Fly 12 allows you to turn it upside down.
Can now be use on all bikes.
