I'll be in the area in a couple of weeks and wondering if the trail is still open/rideable after the recent rain?
There doesn't seem to be much activity on Strava

Given the lack of response to my original question, I am not sure how many people care, but I can confirm that the trail is open, and both the fire trail and singletrack are in great condition. The singletrack especially.
