Nice stage win by Puck Pieterse in rather rainy conditions into Liege today (Wednesday)
Just pipped Demi Vollering on the finish line.
Another young Dutch dynamo !

4 seconds! That's gotta hurt. Well done to the young lady, a good win has been a long time coming.

It was a brilliant Stage with the girls leaving nothing in the tank and I'm especially happy too see that Sarah Gigante moved from 21st position to 7th overall at the end of the Tour. This girl has such a big heart and if she can get a good run of luck over the next 1yr without any bad falls of health issues, she will be a huge threat in the big hilly Races and Tours.
I also hope that she can overcome her nervousness in the big fields and ride closer to the front and someone can get a hold of her and teach her some techniques for fast decending because that is another spot where she loses so much ground.
