Hunt wheels conversion

I have a set of hunts, set up with 6 bolt discs and qr for 100 and 135 hub.
I want to use them for a thru axle 142 spacing bike that i will buy.
I know i can get adaptors to fit this axle.
My question, will the discs line up with the calipers, as the dropout spacing is wider.

there should be enough movement in the frame to move the calipers so they line up. You just need to undo the bolts of the calipers, spin the wheel and slowly squeeze the brakes and do up the bolts.
