Yes,
First time they just did a frame replacement. Just used my photos and said no worries we will replace it.
Second time took it to a repairer. This time they sent the frame to an assessor, when they informed me I nominated the only repairer I would trust. It also happened to be the repairer that they use.
Came back good as new, the insurance is still valid and the repairs under warranty.

i got mine repaired under insurance. they wanted quotes for repair / replacement.
$450 vs $2000. guess which way they went. I didnt care. the repair is guaranteed for ever and undetectable.

I had one customer's insurance company try to push for a repair despite the repairer pretty much advising against doing it! In that instance the aluminium bottom bracket sleeve had separated from the carbon. The repairer's quote said something along the lines of "we could attempt a repair, but offer no guarantee on the success of such repair due to the fundamental problem at hand."
I had a thought, but it got run over as it crossed my mind.
