Channel 7 - Today Tonight to crack out the dog whistle

Postby Thoglette » Fri Jul 15, 2022 10:36 pm

Something for us all to look forward to : Today Tonight is advertising a "car vs bicycle" episode which promises to dig up our old favourites of "shared responsibility" and "road user identification" on the basis that some old coot got upset and openned a car door.

Meanwhile, the 2022 Fatalities thread just gets longer.

The channel 7 version of "A Current Whinge". Why does anyone even watch TV? It's all a load of garbage.

I don't. I completely stopped watching TV stations over 15 years ago. I only use my TV for watching DVDs.

More from 7. He said, she said until further footage is found, both parties saying the have cameras running. He say she cut him off, she said it was perfectly safe (although we know how drivers see things).

Ultimately, seems he overreacted.

Channel 7 is the propaganda division of a fossil fuel group that includes, among other enterprises, Westrac, who are the Australian distributors and parts suppliers for Caterpillar equipment in all Australian states bar Queensland.

Is anyone surprised?

Today Tonight, surprised it's still a thing elsewhere, would have though Naomi Robson's stint doomed it for all time. Surprised they didn't do the UK caravan thing from a couple days ago and claim it was here going on past form.

Must have been half a dozen "coming up" promos during the news tonight to incite the yobs for that latest 30 second confrontation in Brookvale - which morphed into registration again.
