Hello Members,
Is there a difference in buring belly fat between Straight Sitting position (spine at centre position) and bend Sitting position (spin bend at 90 degree) while cycling.
When cycling at bend siting position, the thigh touches belly fat quite often. (my belly fat is quite thick).
I'm curious to know on which of above sitting position while cycling will help to reduce the belly fat.
Many thanks.
MM

You can't burn fat from a selective part of the body is my understanding.
Your body will burn fat if there is a calorie deficit.
If you burn more calories than your diet provides.
It is mobilised from your general fat stores not one selective area
I would say cycle in what position is comfortable and work on modifying your dietary intake if weight loss is the goal.
You are probably less likely to keep exercising and burning calories if it is uncomfortable to do so.

You need targeted exercise to get rid of it, as Warty said.
